Leticia is our Administrative Assistant. She has been with our company 2 1/2 years. She loves working for SERVPRO of West Valley City because it gives her the opportunity to learn new skills and grow personally and professionally.  She has multiple certifications including: IICRC for Water Restoration Technician.  Exactimate  Estimating and SERVPRO Dry-book.

She enjoys helping people who have experienced a water, fire, or other disaster on their property. Leticia especially likes helping homeowners navigate the challenges with their insurance claims.

Leticia enjoys cooking and likes to spend her down time watching movies with her family.  She loves to learn new skills and strives to continually add to her education.
