We are grateful for the COVID cleanup that SERVPRO of West Valley City is doing for us on a weekly basis.

We have been using SERVPRO for years now when it comes to cleaning up disasters, mainly graffiti and water damage. Now we are also using them to stay proactive when it comes to COVID.

I burned the cabinets above the stove. I was so embarrassed but the crew from SERVPRO were great. They worked with my Insurance and the cabinets were restored.

I had a wonderful experience with the new management of SERVPRO of West Valley.

We had an ice dam. We didn't know that water was getting into our home until it was too late. We didn't even know what to do until our insurance agent told us to call SERVPRO.

A frozen pipe flooded our warehouse. We didn't know who to call but our insurance told us to call SERVPRO. It was the right call to make. The technicians worked all day and into the night. They even checked their equipment daily to make sure they were running.

An added bonus was that some of them spoke Spanish which helped with coordination with some of the staff on our team. There was nothing for me to do other than just watch SERVPRO get our building dry and operational again. It was a breeze and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help cleaning up a disaster.

SERVPRO was great and my insurance paid for the loss thank goodness. I would use them again if I had another flood damage.

I love that the company came over and checked to see if we had a water problem. There wasn't anything else to dry out and they didn't even charge me.

Snow runoff ruined our basement. SERVPRO and our insurance took care of everything.

Our church building gets tagged with graffiti at least once a month. We call SERVPRO each time to get it off before Sunday meetings. They are quick and will even come late at night or early morning to get the graffiti off if I need them too.
