What is the IICRC and why are they important?

The IICRC is a third party organization that has set the standard for Disaster Restoration. Because they wrote the standard they also provide teachers and school houses for Disaster Restoration courses. These courses are in person and require passing an end of course test. We send each or our technicians through these vital courses to get them trained on the best practices and technology used for water and fire cleanup.

Insurance companies also require their restoration companies to have IICRC certified technicians to be part of their Vendor Program. Having an experienced and certified company assures the insurance company that their clients are being taken care of the right way the first time.
